"Likes: Very courteous and friendly front-desk staff that were extremely helpful in meeting our needs (special recognition to Derrick and Mar); very comfortable and spacious room well-equipped with amenities, great location in close walking distance to shopping and dining, and to Washington Park, reasonable room rates. Did not like: Very tight parking spaces at the Suites (we regularly parked across the street at the Inn, which had wider parking spaces), less than satisfactory housekeeping service (often forgot to replenish required toiletries and towels)."

"The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our three nights were greatly enjoyed. The breakfast offered several choices and was very filling. Didn't try out the pool or hot tub, but looked inviting. I would definitely stay there again."
