"We’ve stayed a few times before and it’s always been okay, but this time for our anniversary we booked a deluxe room and previously this has included a fridge and air con! Not this time, room was a good size but on the third floor with only 2 tiny windows that opened. Shower had no water pressure and was either boiling or freezing! Bit disappointed if we’re honest."

However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."
