"We really enjoyed our stay at Oso Grande. Due to some maintenance being done to our home, we need a place to stay for 2 weeks along with our 2 cats. This place offered all the comforts of home as well as being in an excellent location for restaurants, shopping and hiking. The rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I would definitely recommend this location whether you’re staying for a few days or weeks. Being out of our own home for over 2 weeks was made a lot better by staying in a home which offered everything we could need and if we had any questions, the owner was very quick to respond. This is a good one without breaking the budget."

"We stayed in a beautiful home in a safe, quiet community. Lots of places to walk our dogs. The house is very convenient to a pharmacy, gas station, grocery stores and great restaurants. Could not have been happier."

"We gathered in Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a board meeting and expected a comfortable, safe, and well-prepared property, particularly given that members traveled from multiple states. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet these expectations.Several basic essentials were missing, requiring us to purchase items ourselves despite the cost of the stay. We also experienced ongoing issues involving a neighbor, including complaints over minor matters without clear communication, which caused unnecessary stress and required significant time coordinating with the property owner.Additionally, some board belongings, including cigarettes and a lighter, were not returned, and it remains unclear how these items were handled. We encountered multiple maintenance, housekeeping, and safety concerns, including an unusable bathtub, a flooding sink, insufficient cleaning supplies, very low beds, and bathroom safety issues such as the absence of grab bars and shower mats. A poorly visible step into the living room also presented a tripping hazard.Finally, the tone of the house policies felt overly focused on warnings and penalties, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we hope these concerns are addressed to improve future guests’ experiences."

"I feel like I am back home in Albuquerque. Great yard for my dog, clean and comfortable ( best I’ve ever been in) I didn’t use the hot tub because I’m not a hot tub person but it looks amazing. Great place to just chill. Great location. Hot water, tons of room, everything works, and available but not hovering hosts. This just made a very difficult trip really really good! If I don’t buy a house, we will stay here again. And we may need to stay again anyway! Thanks CJ and Shawn! "
