"As with another hotel review from this same trip, we checked in a bit late and left quite early, so we did not have that much time to observe things here. Check-in was smooth. We stayed on the 6th floor (of 10). There was no noise issue that I noticed. No complaints about the beds, bathroom, etc. We left before breakfast started, so I cannot comment on that. The room was quite spacious. The hotel / staff texted a couple of times (maybe automated) to confirm if we needed anything or if there were any issues. We didn't have any problems, but at least they are proactive about it. This property is less than 10 minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport via a shuttle, which you reserve via a QR code at the desk. The shuttle apparently runs at the top and bottom of each hour 24/7. The shuttle was full (at 5 a.m.) but the driver was helpful and efficient. The area close to the hotel seemed a bit sketchy. However, there also did not appear to be anything close to the hotel that would motivate you to walk in the area (restaurants, etc.). If you just need easy access to the airport for an early flight, this is worth considering. "

"Very disappointing stay. Service was consistently poor. Breakfast offered very few options with insufficient fruit. Room service was not provided daily and had to be requested. When I did request it, I was denied due to being 'short-staffed.' I was told the trash would at least be emptied, but when I returned in the evening, my room had not been touched. Out of four nights, my room was serviced only once. Amenities were subpar—stained pillows, no proper comforter (only a throw lined with a bedspread), and toiletries placed incorrectly, with body wash bolted next to the sink and hand wash in the shower. When I requested a correction, it was ignored, and the front desk claimed 'both are the same solution.' Additionally, the bathroom door made a loud creaking noise, and the mini-fridge was not properly secured, causing it to move every time it was opened. I will be staying away from GreenTree in the future and cannot recommend it."

"My room was a bit dusty but overall was really nice. The restaurant has pretty good drinks and food and the property was really nice. Location was right in the middle of downtown, very walkable and across from light rail station. "

"It was very run down/ outdated. Our room also had stuff in the walls and the tub did not drain properly. I think it needs updates from what the pictures show "

"Room was excellent! Everything was very tidy and clean. Pool area was extremely clean and well kept. Enjoyed the workout area as well, and the staff throughout my stay was awesome! Would highly recommend and will be back!"
