"I have gone to Quinta 4 times and everytime I have went the building is getting worse and worse . My bathroom this time was dirty and the elevator was having a noise and paint and things in the wall were remove from the room and it wasn’t it . The place is a great stay but I would like a place that look and smell decent . I want a place I can relax and no worry about anything but this time it was haunting me . If the place updates then I will go again but until then I will put into rest ."

I took my shoes off by the door and it was near the AC unit plug. A black widow came out from under it and I smashed it. The coffee pot in the room had parts missing so couldn’t use it. Went to the front desk and the attendant there said,”You can just come in here and get it.” Like nobody wants a cup of coffee in their pj’s. I will never stay there...
