"Location is good it’s near to the eateries. The hotel breakfast was okay. I suggest breakfast should have turkey or chicken sausages too not all the time pork sausages."

"The entry is beautiful. The check in clerk was very kind and smiling. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the jetted tub we got in our room!! The breakfast has several options and the staff there was very kind. The hotel is host to some kind of school so every time I would try to put in the address it would show the school and that was confusing. If I were Holiday Inn I wouldn’t want the school to take precedence over the hotel."

"Upon arrival and attempting to check-in, the key was not in its assigned keybox and I was unable to get in contact with the owner. When I finally got into the space, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. I used aerosolized air fresheners to remove the smell. Initial inspection of the apartment revealed a number of small cockroach like insects. A tenant/friend of the host placed some mats that were supposed to address this concern, but I continued seeing them throughout my stay, including a large one coiled in the shower two nights before my departure. Two nights later while showering, I overheard Tucson police attempting to detain a tenant in a nearby unit. Two nights after that, while unloading groceries from my car, I came out to see a racial slur etched into the dust on the back window of my car. Having parked in front of the security camera, I requested the host run the footage to determine who was responsible. It ended up being teenagers belonging to another tenant in the building. In the week leading up to check out, I began to notice small, 1mm like itchy bumps on my hand. Having had a previous experience with bedbugs, I am very familiar with suspicious presentations and began to look out for signs of an infestation. I slept in my vehicle the final evening of my stay because I was not going to be able to stay in the unit. Loaded my car up, went to work, and went back home from there. All parties involved should be ashamed. Truly an embarrassing show of business."

"Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area."

"The staff entered in my room without permission. The air filter in the bathroom was too noisy. One person in the reception area was not attentive at all "

"The walls are pretty thin and you can hear neighbors walking above you and flushing the toilet, etc. But the host, the cleanliness and the location make up for all of that. Just be advised… It's a bit noisy on the first floor condos"
