"Everyone was super helpful and friendly, from the bar staff, to the front desk, to the waitstaff in the restaurant. The room itself was comfy and the bathroom was lovely and had everything I needed. The location was the best part! You walk out of the station and it's right there in front of you, no searching required. Would definitely come back!"

"Lovely old hotel, full of original features, and in the middle of the high street, 2 mins from the Castle entrance. Only issue was that despite receiving multiple emails from the hotel in the run up they waited until post the cancelation time to inform us our room was on the third floor, with no lift! Felt like they had not mentioned this before, whilst we could cancel, on purpose. Fortunately only a one night stay, but with bad knees we had to limit the time spent in the room."
