A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "Great location, new modern hotel. Great pool, ski lockers room is good ( but no boot warmers/driers) ,nice modern room maybe a bit small, Nespresso machine, welcome chocolates and biscuits nice touch. Staff friendly. I would recommend."
