"Having spent 11 nights at Villa Matari we are very happy about our stay, and our biggest regret is that we could only have 10 breakfasts as we had to leave very early on our last day! 😂 The B&B is conveniently located in Fontane Bianche close to the beach (Camomilla), the main bar/bakery (Tortuga) and the mini-market (Holiday Market). "Arrived early at this hotel, the receptionist was very helpful and sorted out our room whilst we went to pool(very nice) and had lunch. Chose this hotel as near to Fontane Bianche beach which was a disappointment. The walk from hotel to beach was not pleasant lots of rubbish near beach end of path. The fish evening 30 Euro each was a disappointment no freshly cooked fish just had 2 plates of what was like starters. The management at the hotel appeared to put guests second to the day visitors. Amazing Stay
"The Hotel and service was excellent, Free parking. The reception team were really helpful in letting me know the places I could park when visiting the sites in Siracusa and the best beaches in the area and arranging an early breakfast on our last morning. The breakfast was very good continental selection and fresh coffee and pastries. Antonio arranged for me to borrow vacuum for the hire car after a beach trip. The room was large with aircon, very comfy beds, clean and direct access to the pool area and a private patio. Pool was amazing with plenty of loungers and large parasols. We had a fastatic stay and I would recommend and our thanks to all staff. "
