"Perfect location for a trip to the Bell Centre, flights were delayed and they were very accommodating at 2:30 am and getting us all checked in. They were doing renovations but never causing any disturbance. Would recommend."

"This is not a 5 star hotel, however, we received 5 star treatment from the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was located perfectly, with walking distance to almost everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and the shower was the best shower I have ever experienced at any hotel I’ve ever been to. We will stay at this hotel again in the future. "
