  • Beachfront 4 bedroom/3 bath Traditional Folly Beach Cottage featuring 3 outdoor decks with spectacular ocean views & private beach access.

    The Sand Bar is located within walking distance from the Morris Island Lighthouse, the famous surf spot, The Washout, and only 3 miles from Folly Beach Center Street where you will find dining, shopping and entertainment options.

    This 4 bedroom/3 bath home features private beach access and 3 outdoor decks. Enjoy the Folly Beach sunrises on your private oceanfront deck. The Sand Bar also features a sunbathing deck where you can relax with a margarita made from your very own Jimmy Buffett Margarita maker. After a long day on the beach, enjoy our 20 foot covered deck for a glass of wine or family game time on our 8 foot outdoor dining room table.

    This Folly Beach home provides our guests with 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, a full bunk bed with twin overhead and a queen sleeper sofa to easily accommodate 10 guests.

    Enjoy the Sand Bar's family room that features a 12 foot slider to highlight your oceanfront view. Additionally, both oceanfront bedrooms offer 6 foot sliders for private access to the covered deck.

10 out 10 Fabulous! The shaded deck was perfect even on the hottest afternoon. Clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Very responsive host. Having the deck walk straight onto the beach meant not lugging a bunch of stuff to the beach and back. Will book again!

The Sandbar, Ocean Front, was our favorite location that we’ve ever rented! The property is well kept. There are no surprises from the description except it’s so much more impressive! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay(4-5-26 through 4-10-26). The beach view is spectacular! You’re only steps from the beach! It just doesn’t get any better. There was plenty of parking space as well.

Fantastic Staycation

The house was perfect, exactly as pictured/described. Great beach access. Love the fact that it had umbrellas, beach chairs, toys, beach towels etc for us to use. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, updated, clean, close to the water with a beautiful view and back porch. It’s stocked very well and has plenty of parking. Highly recommend.

Great Spot

House is perfectly located right on the beach. Low traffic as it is located at end of island so even on a holiday the beach was not crowded. The outdoor deck spaces were awesome!

Amazing Property. The Best!

This property is amazing… the location, the cleanliness, the people, the region… it’s simply the best VRBO I’ve ever encountered… and I’ve stated in hundreds! I’ll be back to Folly Beach, SC because of this property alone!

Great Stay!

My son and I spent a week here and it was wonderful! The house was very well kept and clean and had everything we needed. It was great to walk right from the house to the beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Family Beach Vacation

Perfect Folly Beach rental!

This house could not be more perfect for a beachfront getaway. We woke up every morning to the most gorgeous view of the ocean and sunrise, and were only a few minutes away from the shops and restaurants of Folly. We will absolutely be back!

Great Beach House

The house was perfect for our small group. It was right on the beach, private, and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the wonderful covered porch to eat meals and watch the sunset. The hosts were very responsive. We've stayed at Folly several times and it was one of our favorite locations.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We took a trip to Folly to celebrate a friends birthday. There were seven of us and the house was perfect. Nice quiet location, the house was very comfortable and well appointed. Communication was great and checkin and checkout were easy. We would highly recommend this house and would definitely book here again.

Family Beach Wedding

The house we stayed in was not used for the wedding venue, but we did the bridal party staging. It was perfect. The stay was perfect. And having the family together (SC, TX, CA, and PA) was beyond words!

Great location

House has been recently renovated and had all of the amenities you could possibly need. We had the beach to ourselves which is literally right out the front door! Will definitely be back!
