The host was amazing! The home is beautiful and accommodated our big group, 9 adults, 4 children and one dog comfortably. Downtown folly beach is just 1-1/4 miles from the house so we were able to walk there daily. The elevator made is easy for grandma to navigate the house.

The house was very accommodating for our large group, plenty of room for all. Parts of the house could use some cleaning and maintenance (banisters need to be replaced) but overall we enjoyed our stay even with the rainy weather!

Folly Beach is a great beach town - and very close to Charleston attractions. Driving in Folly Beach is slow but parking is readily available.

The only reason I'm not giving it a worse review is because it was only 120.00 a night. Still, cleanliness was lacking, and there was no warm water. I've stayed in cheaper places that have these two things down.
