"Room was nice and clean. The balcony screen was covered in bugs on the outside. Not a huge deal but would’ve been nice if it had been cleaner. Hotel was in Walking distance to beach and Cedar Point which was really nice. However, we were not given our early access pass when we checked in and were almost turned away at the gate. Luckily I had my email from our reservation. Lots of food options on site but kind of pricey. Overall great stay and would stay here again."

"At first I was a little worried but the place was great. Good breakfast, very nice staff! And very accommodating to our big group. Kept all close together! And sooo close to cedar point and cedar point Beach! Not as fancy as some places we stay but beds were comfy and air worked. What more do you need!"

"Just stayed here again and I still love this little gem of a hotel! The man at the front desk was super friendly. We were in a "luxury king" suite with lake view, room #33. It was gorgeous, with an electric fireplace and great view. Yes it is pricey, but for one night it is a nice splurge. Look at it this way... There is a free public parking lot right across the street - No parking fees. It is a very short walk to and from the Jet Express and the restaurants and shops on Columbus Ave. (such a cute and bustling area) - No ride share fees. Also no worries about driving back to the property after having a "few" cocktails at Put In Bay. That can save thousands of dollars right there! Yes you can hear some noise from the street, the restaurant's outdoor patio downstairs and the rooftop bar, but it is not overly loud and earplugs are provided. You are in the heart of Sandusky! Embrace it or consider a stay somewhere less convenient. This particular room would not be great for an extended stay, as there are no drawers to put your clothes in, but there is a bench with plenty of hooks and a few hangers that is sufficient for a day or two. Be sure to check the Jet Express schedule for Sandusky if that's the reason for choosing this property. I found out the hard way, a few years ago, that this location's season ends earlier than Port Clinton's. I believe they are done after Labor Day weekend."

"The hosts are kind and attentive. The property is unique. The adults as well as the 6 children ranging in age from 6 through 12 enjoyed what was available in the home as well as downtown Sandusky…and also Cedar Point!"

"The beach oasis was a fun spot to spend a couple of nights for my 7 year old's bday trip to Cedar Point, only 7 mins from the park! The kids absolutely loved the retro video game and the stack of board games available. The kitchen is fully outfitted for making most vacation meals. Bed comfort was my least favorite feature but it was outweighed by comfy blankets and lots of beds for all the kids to sleep on. Bathroom amenities were ample and well stocked. 10/10 would and will book again with this host and location."

"The property was a perfect place to stay at! We spent a majority of our time out and about, but it was nice to come back to a cozy place to rest for the nights. It was clean, the bathroom was well stocked, and it was so nice to have AC. We were also really happy to have somewhere away from the road to park.Thank you for helping us make a great trip, Jeff!"

"Everything was very nice and clean. It would have 5 stars all the way around, but there was no closet or dresser to place your clothes. We stayed there for a week and had to use the hooks in the kitchen/dining room to hang clothing. We also wanted to put the dishes in the dishwasher the night before we checked out, but the dishwasher did not power up. Other than that....it was a beautiful property and it made our Cedar Point trip that much better."
