"Inside generally good. One of the two double bedrooms had a mattress that was completely worn and very uncomfortable. Needs changing.Outside front and back are very unwelcoming. High weeds on entry at the front give an impression of a run down property. All windows in the property needed cleaning, very dirty. The back garden and 'patio' area where completely unacceptable. Overgrown weeds(waist high) made it inaccessible. The grass lawn area could not be used as it was so overgrown. This was...
