"Didier and his wife were the perfect hosts. The property is brand new! We were the first to stay. Absolute luxury and convenience. We stayed in winter but we would return for summer to use the pool. Perfect location in Umbria to go to Siena Assisi and Gubbio. Foligno is centrally located and the house was perfect for 6 of us. We will return!!"

"We spent a wonderful week at Domus Clara! The communication with Luisa was very easy and she always responded right away. The house is lovely with everything you would need for your stay. It is centrally located so easy to visit various towns and villages in Umbria each day. The layout of the house was great for our family of 3 with our daughter having her own en suite room. But it is really the outside spaces that make this home awesome! It was very hot during our visit and the pool was great...

"Having just returned from two weeks in this beautiful property we can highly recommend it! The Villa is very authentic (steep stone stairs) but done up with such taste and design. The bedrooms all have en-suites and air conditioning (we were there during a heatwave so this was very welcome). The bedroom downstairs with two single beds is the only room with a smart TV so has Netflix/Disney etc...the lounge does not have a TV but this didn't bother us at all. Outside there are many different areas...

Even when it was autumnal and a little chilly, it was a lovely place to spend time. However, it is overall really neglected by the hosts. "I’m factoring in price, location, the house and the area for this review and I’ve considered heavily that this villa is very inexpensive compared to others. The views and property are amazing, I’ve stayed in $3000 a week villas that didn’t have as good of a view as here. The area is also amazing, all of the roads and towns surrounding the villa are great, no industrial parks, minimal billboards, lots of local businesses etc.. everything you’d expect from an Italian countryside. "Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. You could call up the related resort on the landline at anytime if you were missing anything and they were very helpful. I also used the concierge service to have wine delivered to the villa and...

"We really had an amazing staying in Villa Pambuffetti Relais, in Bevagna. It is has a wonderful historical villa, completely restored with excellent taste for good design. It is surrounded by a beautiful lawn with fruit and olive trees and it has a new large infinity pool with solarium. Everything went perfect (better than expected). The Villa, the location and the owner made everything simply fantastic! Looking forward to come back with family & friends!"

"We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. Had a great nights sleep and breakfast was a huge choice of self serve items. Lots of home made unusual choices. Loved our unique castle...
