"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect. Would be nice if there was breakfast on site or Nespresso and pastries at least. But overall, good value and would recommend. The pool is beautiful and walking through the olive groves was great."

"We stayed a week at the apartment. It’s not large so any longer starts to feel tight, but we made it work. On the plus side is the location, 5 minute walk to the train station, and the bed quite comfortable, bus stop and restaurants also an easy walk. If you’re there for a long weekend it’s perfect, we highly recommend the flat and the location."

"The Spello House was perfect for our family of five! So clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated! Our host, Monica, went above and beyond to welcome us and treated us like family! She stocked the pantry and fridge for us, recommended some amazing places for us to visit and eat at, and set up two excursions for us. She is the best host we have ever had at a rental and Spello House was our favorite place we stayed during our Italian adventures. We hope we get to come back someday!"

"L’agriturismo Cuore Verde è un vero e proprio gioiello. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli: giardino, piscina, arredi. L’appartamento Ginepro poi, essendo al piano terra, l’abbiamo trovato comodissimo e molto più grande delle aspettative. La proprietaria è una signora molto gentile, presente e attenta. Graditissimi l’olio di loro produzione e le lenticchie trovati in appartamento come omaggio. Sono stati cinque giorni perfetti. Grazie di tutto!"

"Ampio appartamento a pochi km da Assisi e da Spello. Pulizia sicuramente rivedibile. Da migliorare anche le forniture indispensabili in un appartamento (nel nostro caso mancavano olio e dei coltelli ben seghettati). Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno della proprietà. Simpatica e presente la coppia di vecchietti proprietari dell'abitazione di cui l'appartamento è una dependance."

The house was roomy and had everything needed to make day to day living easy and comfortable, from the well-equipped kitchen to the washer and rooftop drying rack and clothespins, all of which we used. The house was perfectly located for strolling through the flower-draped streets of Spello to restaurants, shops, gelaterias (!!!), and to the train station. "We arrived early and could check in. Used pool and jacuzzi overlooking Perugia. Lovely and relaxing at the end of the trip. First impressions of this ancient castle did not disappoint. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Hotel and grounds were impressive. Room was very comfortable. Had a drink outside before dinner. Still taking it all in. Dinner was incredible. Had a great nights sleep and breakfast was a huge choice of self serve items. Lots of home made unusual choices. Loved our unique castle...
