Monet on the Bay II. Bring the Camera, we have the backdrop! This Fabulous Duplex Home sits in a quiet community nestled on Mobile Bay, 18 miles away from the hustle and bustle of the beach, and 11 miles from The Tanger Outlet Mall. The Backside of the home faces the west so you can watch the sunset every day across the water from one of the many porches, swings, the pier, the yard, or out of the many West facing windows from inside the home. The community Boat launch is just down the road for smaller craft, then park the boat on your private pier (there is NO boat lift at this property. Larger boats must launch at Nolte's Creek Marina Apx. 2 miles).

Monet On The Bay I is equipped with an elevator to access each floor. On the Main Level is the kitchen, dining, half bath, and living areas that opens to the main deck where the shared hot tub is located and on the other side, a Large Screened-in Porch. The upper level contains 2 bedrooms, Guest Bedroom #1 with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed and the Primary Bedroom with an Adjustable Base King Size Bed, and access to another Large Screened-in Porch. The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms with a shower. Also provided is a full-size washer and dryer. This home sleeps up to 5 persons. If you need more space, the entire Duplex can be rented- Monet On The Bay.

**All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.

**CALL FOR WINTER MONTHLY RATES - All monthlies must be booked from the 1st to the 1st only. No partial or mid-month reservations will be accepted at the discounted monthly rate**

**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.

Internet/ WIFI: Live streaming, internet gaming, or "zoom" type calls may not be available at this home. The internet provider for the area does not offer enough Data or Speed currently. The owners are currently searching for other alternatives. Thank you for understanding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Bay house was very nice. It should be noted that although this unit was private rental. It is attached to another unit that may be rented also. This does intrude on your privacy. The kitchen had a drawer that would not stay closed and was a bit of a knee knocker safety issue if you did not pay attention. The unit was clean, nice, and new. The extras of massage chair, power mattress bed and elevator were nice.

Excellent quiet secluded location, very clean and comfortable home, incredible Mobile Bay views, large yard, excellent access to the Bay, very nice pier and small beach access on site. Kayaks, paddle boards, and life jackets on site were excellent, my family had a great vacation and we definitely hope to return in future. Perfect secluded location, but also close enough to drive to Gulf Shores/Orange beach, Alabama Battleship park, Fort Morgan.
