"This is a 15 rooms boutique hotel 5 minutes drive from the airport. The manager and the staff are super friendly and willing to assist making our lives much easier.

As English speakers we struggled to communicate and we feel the property isn't quite ready to host those who do not speak the local language well. The food is great and they serves it in abundance. Music and loud talking until 1am the first night and barking...

It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem.
When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was.
I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!)
On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service!
It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful.
You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more.
The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street."
