"The location of the property is fantastic, it is only 100m from the entrance of the old town. Free parking is available 300m away but is highly sought after and difficult to get, paid parking outside the property is easy but is 6€ per day. ( traffic wardens were around regularly) The supermarket is within walking distance. "We've stayed in Les Arcs many times and this was the best apartment so far! The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! Jean Marc was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!"

"Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

"We loved every minute of our stay. The location could not be beat. Our children (teenagers) had independence in town and we always felt safe. Everything was walkable. Tons of shopping, restaurants, coffee, ice cream. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning were amazing. The town pretty much shuts down on Sunday evenings. The apartment was well appointed, clean, and perfect. The boys loved the pool table and everything was just right!"
