"Pleasant front counter lady. But the property in poor condition (smells like sewer, walls were stained with who knows what, stickie carpet, damaged furniture, unsafe windows. we had to leave and find another hotel to spend the night"

"I can't say enough about the service. We had the smoothest check in and out. The staff were super friendly and offered wonderful suggestions for lunch. We hadn't scheduled a pickup at the airport but the team immediately had a car on the way with zero issues. We are booked for another night in a week it was so nice."

"The breakfast staff is so friendly, and items are refilled promptly. It’s one of the main reasons we stay here. Clean rooms, halls, lobby. The whirlpool was unavailable and will not be replaced, which is a disappointment. Also, an issue with our TV was unresolved until our last day. Otherwise my rating would be 5 stars. "
