Spacious Lake Front Home with beautiful Gardens, Pond, Waterfall, Pool, & Dock

The property has a beautifully landscaped pond with koi fish and a waterfall, as well as a large heated indoor pool and spa. The large den has a pool table. we are on the lake and we have a boat dock. There is also a fire pit. My husband and I live on the property in a separate apartment (not attached to the house), so we will be here to immediately respond to any needs that you may have during your stay and we look for ways to make your stay special and memorable, while also giving you your privacy. The property is conveniently only 8 minutes from the highway. We look forward to hosting you at Misty Pond - your private resort! Great for flexcations/ ideal work/play destination. Discounts for longer stays. We have a pontoon boat which you can book charter boat rides and Taxi trips to the many restaurants and parks on the lake!
Note: Because of the water activities and fire pit on the property you will be required to sign a waiver agreement of release of liability.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding. The house was the beat place to enjoy some peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle. The kids played in the pool while the adults played pool or sat and relaxed! Watching the deer while drinking my coffee was the best. We even saw a red fox! Missy and her husband we the best. So friendly and inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was perfect for us as we traveled from Louisiana to attend a family wedding. It exceeded all our expectations plus more. propertyThe host thought of EVERYTHING!!! We were NEVER in need for anything. We enjoyed most the beautiful surrounds, waterfall, nature trail, kayaking and the location. PERFECT accommodation for bridal party, wedding party and a family/friends brunch. Several guests told me that this property was the highlight of a wedding weekend that included the Botanical Garden and The Chair Factory! Hosts are beyond gracious!

Our family selected this property for space and location for us to be able to enjoy a Thanksgiving getaway! We truly had the best time whether it was baking in the kitchen, working puzzles and playing games at the large dining table, watching football or the Thanksgiving parade as we swam in the wonderful indoor pool. We could not have had a better experience. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays and absolutely perfect for our time away.

We had such a wonderful time at Misty Pond. Missy the owner has thought of absolutely everything and went out of her way to make our stay truly perfect. We loved watching deer in the mornings, drinking coffee on the porch and feeding the fish in the pond. The pool was so much fun for our children ages 2-13. We will definitely go back!!!!!

What a beautiful property! The landscaping and setting were phenomenal. The house was plenty roomy for our group of 14. The pool and spa were super convenient and used daily. The dock access was a huge plus for our WaveRunner with fuel just around the corner. Renting the pontoon was fun for all. Hosts were super; answered all our questions on the area and property, and were very friendly. Overall great time on a lovely property!

We had an absolutely magnificent experience staying at this breathtaking property. House is huge but everything is well organized and easy to find (kitchen even has labels on each drawer!). Having an inside pool was a nice bonus - kids enjoyed it and were entertained for hours:) We couldn't have a more perfect celebration of my husband's and kids' birthday parties!!! Thank you!!
