"Dark and gloomy area, not safe seeming at all. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. Floor between living area and dining was cracked and constantly tripped people up. No dishwasher tablets also but overall most things we could have gotten over but sending wrong address just set the tone for a poor experience.Overall shabby and...

"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"A very run down property. Outside parking area very overgrown and messy bins. Inferior bedding and furniture. All windows black mould around frames and sills. Nowhere to hang clothes other than on doors. Toilet seat not secure. Shower not clean and huge crack in floor. No bedside table."
