Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!

You have a designated parking spot for you -- you do not need to worry about you do not have any parking on that B&B place. 315 is an absolute gem of a place. So much packed into a small property set in a beautiful area. The food and service were exceptional, the room modern amd cozy. I didnt have chance to use the spa but it too looks fantastic. I will be back!

We were visiting family in the area and couldn't have picked a more perfect spot. All the staff were attentive and efficient. The hotel was beautiful and our room had a wonderful view over the gardens and pond. This will be our go to place for visits in the future.

I had a choice of hotels in Leeds or the Black Horse. I'm so glad I chose the latter. Some extra driving, but great to be in a historic building in a historic area, and so close to the motorway and service station.

Lovely hotel - a real gem

Best breakfast and such a friendly hotel! Windows stay open in the evenings in your room for circulation, which can possibly increase noise in the room from students outside, but not a big problem for us. We would stay again. Thank you!!

My family of four stayed in this lovely inn at the end of December 2015. We were looking for a place to stay between attending a Manchester United Football game and visiting the English countryside. This location was perfect! It allowed us to stay out of the city in a more relaxed and less commercial inn, so that we could truly get a feel for the area.
