We had a huge delay flying in and I had to call to let them know we would be arriving really late (5am in the morning) and you got to speak to an actual person at the front desk, not a computer or a call center. It was great! The gentleman that helped us was so friendly and helpful, just a breath of fresh air after the day we had. It’s super close to everything, I would definitely stay here again. "
