"Cool lux spot for the keys. Room wasnt cleaned very well and room service pretty hopeless. We asked for a few things and after waiting an hour just walked down to the lobby to grab it ourselves. Restaurant first floor was fantastic and was refreshing to spend $$$ on dinner and actually receive generous, flavorful portions. Very chill relaxed vibe and a lot of amenities for the whole family. The advertised "soundproofed rooms" is completely false. You can and will hear your neighbors which was kind of annoying. The lagoon area makes for some great photos at night. We would come back again in the summer, but could not imagine spending the kind of prices they charge in season to stay here. Overall 4/5"
