"Modern house with most of the needed facilities. Pool and deck are nice, maybe lacking a bit of shade. Airconditioning (in bedrooms) would be a great addition, although it turned out that at night there were not a lot of mosquitos (they were there during the day though). In the neighbourhood is a panna field, where the kids could play. Beach was nice (not to busy in high season), as was the city of Beziers. Vegatable garden was good, with plenty to eat from it. "We absolutely loved the villa. Had everything we needed. Very private. Lovely pool and pool area - poolside toilet was a bonus to prevent traipsing through the house, and outside shower too. There was an unexpected barbecue and table tennis table too. Only one small thing to note - take towels. Towels in the bathroom were provided but only 1 per person and they were on the small side (and scratchy too). We would definitely recommend staying here."

"This is a beautiful, fully-equipped property with a wonderful location just a block from the beach and with easy access to the center of the city. Mickael, the on-site property manager, was very responsive and helpful. The house is exactly as described in the posting and we had use of bicycles, beach equipment, and many other amenities. If we lived closer, we would come back more often."
