Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"This is a compact house/cottage/gite, in a gated community of maybe 100 similar properties with a back yard/sun terrace. There is a 150 metre walk from the car park to the property, with several sets of steps which makes getting the suitcases and heavy shopping in a bit tricky, but if you want security and peace of mind it is worth it. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Check in was very easy and Delphine and her husband were so accommodating and helpful. We were 2 families with 4 children in total and there was plenty of space for us all. The kids loved the heated pool which was spacious with a large, flat shallow step, great for smaller children. "Firstly Christine and Stephane were fantastic - there to great us having made the place absolutely spotlessly clean, explained everything, nothing was too much trouble and always available.
