The hotel is bout 300 meters from the rail station and 10 minutes walk from downtown. Although on a busy street, the rooms are quiet. We got a large beautiful room. The stairs might be a problem for older people. Everybody was very kind and professional and went the extra mile to make our stay there a delight.

Jättetrevligt hotell med väldigt bra läge - nära till allt! Fräscht rum och mycket serviceminded personal. Hotellet har ingen hiss, vi bodde på våning 3 men behövde inte bära våra väskor varken upp eller ner.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size, clean room with excellent shower room. The mattress wasn't entirely to my liking but that's probably just personal preference. Would stay here again.

Only staysd one nigh but had a fantastic time. This hotel is in one of the best locations. Close to the train station(walking) and the dumo not even 10 min walk. Would stay again. Room was clean and bathroom was great!

Nice hotel with updated rooms. The hotel is very close to the Firenze SMN train station, less than a 5 minute walk. You can walk to all the major attractions in Florence from this hotel.

We were with our 19 months baby. The room was very big and bathroom was newly renovated. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Very short walk from train station and Duomo. Super close to supermarket. The only minus side is the bed is not so comfy as it it just a spring bed. Breakfast is ok as the Italian are not a big breakfast eater anyway, but u will surely get good coffee for your breakfast.

Just a one nighter. Wanted to be close to the train station, which it was-very close. But was also was within easy walking distance to all the other sites of Florence. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-designed. Breakfast was also great. No elevator but they help you with your luggage so it is a non issue.

Great location, the breakfast wasn't good but they have a great coffee maker for cappuccino... NO ELEVATOR at the hotel but they have good service and the mini bar is FREE. 24hs room service too!!!

Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the Santa Novella train station and is close to many attractions, restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean hotel. My room was big but it had a slight smell. Not sure what is was. Air conditioning worked OK, not great. Wifi was good. Went down only a few times and never for more than 2 minutes. No elevator. Luckily my room was on the first floor. Phone did not work. Breakfast was OK. Good cappuccino.

駅の近くで大きいホテルに囲まれているプチホテルなので入り口が見つけにくかった。 残念ながら予約している部屋が電気トラブルで使用不可との事で他のホテルを紹介してくれた。 紹介されたホテル（ＨＯＴＥＬ　ＭＡＲＴＥＬＬＩ）は部屋も広くバスタブ付き、たぶんワンランク上のホテルと思う。ホテル間の連携もスムーズで料金トラブルもなく快適に過ごせた。

yatak çok kötü.eski bir somya ve eski bir battaniye konmuş. battaniye nevresimin içine sokulmuyor ve tüylü ve pis bir görünüm veriyor. rahatsız edici. duşun yanında kırık fayans var. ayağım kesilebilirdi. duş perdesinden bütün su dışarı akıyor ve yer kayganlaşıyor.çok tehlikeli. otel personeli harika. güler yüzlü ve yardımcı.

If you don't mind climbing flights of stairs the hotel is great., they were renovating rooms so work has to be done, but on the positive side. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel located a few minutes from the train station and thus was very good location. Breakfast was cold if not there early and they did not have a microwave. For the price, it was great and better than expected. We had 3 beds in the room, and although it was small, we would return here.

價錢便宜 套房附早餐在這種方便的地點來說可謂非常划算 但是房內設備普通 浴室熱水不夠熱 電視機一開始是壞的 後來幫我們更換過另一台 早餐普通 有無線網路 以45歐的價錢來說 沒有好抱怨的 離火車站非常近 適合有大行李不想找路的人

There is no lift which is a disadvantage (which is unexpected nowadyas). There were so nice to offer us a room when we arrived early at 8 am, but it was not possible to call the reception from the available phone.
