Really nice rooms, with a courtyard where you could sit outside for breakfast or a cold beer later on. The staff were really helpful in getting us a cab for the airport. The rooms were lovely and had well-functioning air conditioning.

The family run hotel was beautiful and the staff/family is very welcoming and accommodating. All touristic places were in walking distance, restaurants near where very good. We had forgotten our wedding ring and they returned it to us and helped in finding it. All in all will go back again !

The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

The hotel rooms are serviceable. My favorite thing about them was how quiet they were - and the air conditioning worked great. It is very convenient to everything. My only downside is that is appears that showering in the evening means a lukewarm (at best) shower. The breakfasts were typical and the rooms were on the small side but still fine.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It is close enough to walk to the tourist areas but far enough away that it is really not that close. Close enough to train station for a quick walk or ride (with luggage). We did both and it took about 10-15 min either way. Close to Accademia Gallery. Park area in front was fine during the day but some homeless sleeping there at night. Room was spacious for 4 people and the view overlooked the park. Everything close enough that can be walked.

A beautiful building, with fine interior design in the reception and other common areas. My single room was in an alright condition, but the AC was below par which made the heat wave hitting Firenze while I was there even more unbearable.

This hotel is down right disgusting. We showed up excited because the pictures looked cute and it a good walking distance. The female front desk worker is rude, the sheets have blood stains on them after switching rooms and the worst part, is we found bed bugs. They refuse to refund us and are making us stay in their infested hotel. Do not come here. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

Gammelt men hyggeligt hotel, god beliggenhed, gå afstand til det meste og næsten ingen trafikstøj. Morgenmaden var god og enkel. Der var en del støj fra håndværkere som skiftede lamper til nødudgangene og så var der en italiensk skoleklasse som ikke forstod der skulle være ro om natten.Men det er jo hvad man kan rende ind i.

A foi extremamente grosseira desde a nossa chegada. Fizemos a reserva de dois quartos de casal e, ao chegar, só havia quartos com camas de solteiro disponíveis, o que já é um erro grave. Além da falha na reserva, o atendimento foi totalmente inadequado: falta de educação, pouca disposição em ajudar e nenhuma tentativa de resolver o problema de forma profissional. Uma experiência que deixa muito a desejar, principalmente pelo nível do hotel.
