"We had a holiday with 9 family members aged 0-85 plus a dog in July. The house is large and charming, has a small woodland behind it which has deers, and a large garden in front: perfect for kids and dog to roam around free. We had a simple but lovely holiday going for walks and playing board and outdoor games during the day and enjoying BBQ in the evening. Supermarkets are within 10 min driving distance. Nice place with lovely staff.
"Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room with large bathroom and lovely shower. The structure is beautiful and in a good location. Great recommendations from staff about where to eat and what to see. The only thing I would change is upgrading from “standard room,” which seems to mean attic with skylights only and whacky steep stairs to manage, to a room on the first floor (one flight up). It appeared that the canal side first floor rooms were probably fantastic."
