Een storting moest als waarborg ontvangen worden alvorens de code van de deur werd gegeven. Niemand aanwezig om onthaal te doen. We moesten alles zelf uitzoeken. Bijgevolg 24h zonder verwarming gezeten in 9°C. Zonder onthaal was er ook geen inzage op de meterstanden om het verbruik te controleren aangezien deze achter gesloten deuren zaten. "Het kasteel (exterieur) was erg mooi en straalt klasse en historie uit. Bij binnenkomst onder de indruk en heeft mooie klassieke stijl. Daarna de ene op de andere teleurstelling. De kookplaten in de keuken werken voor geen meter en een aardappel bakken duurt minimaal een half uur. Overal was het ijskoud en het waaide ivm de ligging en slechte isolatie enorm door de woning heen. De sauna werkte niet naar behoren en van alle tv’s binnen was er 1 met een aantal zenders buiten Franse en Belgische...
