"Excellent value for money and location Staff very helpful. Good room . Car park flooded which was unhelpful though they gave us money off and there is Ncp next door so net benefit. Peanut butter would be nice at breakfast but otherwise good options. Great for the price ."

"Good hotel for price. It’s showing a little wear however, it was very clean and perfect for a one night stay. Other reviews have mentioned proximity to Rock City and some noise but we didn’t hear any noise and it was a Friday night. All staff were super pleasant and nothing was any trouble. Special mention goes to the reception staff who were fantastic."

"The location is most pleasant and the staff polite and helpful. The room was, although on the small side, more than adequate for our needs. Water provided in glass bottles was a particularly welcome extra and the coffee machine provided a high standard of coffee. The breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended."

"I would have given it excellent as the hotel and room were lovely - clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, except we were kept awake all night with a constant banging and rattling from somewhere - room 408. The breakfast luckily we didn’t have to pay extra for was not great - it was cold, overcooked and half the dishes were empty - had to ask for juice and several items - for the look and design of the hotel which was lovely the breakfast really let it down - if we have had to pay extra we definitely would have complained !"

"Room was clean staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good only problem was the room was too hot and when I opened the window all I could here was people shouting in the street and the trams. But will stay again."

"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus. The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit. Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"
