"Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. "

"The property was very quaint. Very clean. The area was close to eveything and very quiet at night. The shower head kept falling as the holder was loose but the water pressure was good. The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"Extremely hot with opening ground floor windows as only option for relief. People walking by looked in. Only way to get relief at night was same……nit a very safe way to sleep. We left early and would definitely never use again. We knew there was no ac but had no idea there would be no air flow or a safety issue when using windows. We left a day early and was able to get into our Paris room (with ac) a day early."

We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. "My friend and I spent one night at the Holiday Inn near the end of a two-week visit too France. Due to a mmix-up with Hotels.com, the reservation I had intended for June 9-11 was made for June 7-9, so when we arrived it appeared that we would be charged for nights that we had not stayed. Further, while we could stay for the night of June 9, the holiday Inn was fully booked for the night of June 10. The desk clerk quickly found us reservations at another hotel for the night of June 10 and the manager kindly did not charge us for the nights of Jun7-9. The room was large by French standards and it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best offered while we were in different parts of France. I would gladly stay there again."
