"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. "Our room was very comfortable and spacious with a great view. The real star of the show is the service provided by Chérine. She made our stay outstanding with recommendations for the best restaurant. Brought a lovely birthday gift for my daughter when I mentioned it was her birthday- brought a fan for the upstairs loft at a moment’s notice. She was so, so lovely. Hotel is very convenient for the ferry over to St Tropéz (Chérine provided the schedule and easy instructions). Le Suffren is a great hotel made perfect by the service we experienced. Amenities in the room were new and perfect for an easy stay- great a/c as well!"
