"This has been my go-to hotel when moving my kid in and out of her dorm at USF. It's a quick 5 minute drive to the school, but also it's a little ways back from the main road so it's quiet. The rooms have always been clean and there's plenty of outlets. The free breakfast is better than average. I have recommended this hotel to other USF parents."

"What an absolute 10/10 experience! This is a hidden gem and I’m so glad we got to stay here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, we loved the en-suite bathrooms, the beds were so comfy and the house had every amenity you could possibly need or think of. The private pool area was incredible. We quite literally stayed in the pool and deck area for nearly 8 hours on a beautiful warm Florida day. Plenty of lounge chairs, pool toys, outdoor shower, and even a great bar area and outdoor fireplace to enjoy. The farm animals were so adorable and we loved seeing the chickens and dog wander around happily daily. The host, Nick, was exceptional - he had quick, excellent communication with us, checked in to make sure we had everything we need, was an absolute pleasure to converse with and even left us a dozen farm fresh eggs to enjoy! The property is a wonderfully quiet and serine oasis, and we certainly plan to stay there when we come back to visit our friends. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable and hospitable! "
