"The check in staff was very nice as was the bar area. The issue was more so with the cleaning staff who woke us up the day before we left asking if we had late check out even though our check out was the day after. Then on the day we left, woke us up again despite the DND sign at 9am when check out is at 11. Second, the location is not worth it unless you are attending an event at the Mercedes stadium. It is very unwalkable and dead after a certain time. The only way I’d rebook is if I was going to one of the stadiums. "

"Really really excellent staff in all areas. All kind and helpful. The restaurant/bar on site is definitely worth checking out- great pecan pie and breakfast is well worth it! Good location of hotel for us, there for a show at the Fox Theatre which was about a 10 minute Lyft/Uber ride. Did have cold water in the shower the first night but I didn't call to notify front desk. Also had very noisy neighbors (and also our fault for not calling about that), there isn't too much sound insulation between the rooms but overall not much hallway noise or street noise"

"The host Lawrence was great! He gave us great suggestions on where eat and places to check out. The hotel was nice and clean. The Breakfast was pretty good. Overall our stay was great! We will be back."
