Sandman Signature London Gatwick Hotel

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sandman Signature London Gatwick. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but the standout for us was definitely Simon. He checked us in on arrival and continued to be incredibly kind, engaging and helpful throughout our stay. He even gave me a map and pointed out places nearby where I could eat, explore and go running. By the end of the trip, Simon was the one staff member I knew by name and greeted every time I saw him! 😂 He truly made us feel looked after. My only disappointment was the gym access. As an athlete, I was completing online sessions based on Cayman Islands time, so some evenings I finished after the gym had closed. I hadn’t realised the gym followed the same closing hours as the pool and sauna. Another staff member kindly made a one-time exception for me, which I really appreciated. I was still able to use the gym for morning and afternoon sessions, while my later runs became outdoor runs around the area. I would love to see clearer gym hours or, ideally, 24-hour gym access. Overall, a lovely stay, and Simon was absolutely the MVP! 🇰🇾❤️"

"Super location, Stayed in Premier Deluxe room (Juniper) which overlooked courtyard. Great sized room - best feature was the huge walk in bathroom/shower and bath. Spa facilities and gardens superb. Will return again."

"Clean room, lovely welcoming staff, set in a nice area (the beach is literally across the road, Hove town centre is a 10min walk and good bus links to Brighton). Would visit again."

"Hotel location is really nice by the sea. There appears to be enough parking. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms don't have A/C which is massive downside. Swimming pool is quite small but sauna, steam room and jacuzzi is nice. Restaurant offers nice food with gluten free options too."
