"Right on the Ocean with pool! Fallon at front desk was exceptionally helpfull and provided outstanding service! Lobby area has 3 times the lounge and relaxation area than most hotels. Great place to meet with both a sit down restaurant and Bar. Staff clearly takes pride in this property! I hate paying for parking but $10 a night was reasonable."

"Pretty nice beachfront room, with unobstructed views to the ocean. Pool area was well kept, and access to common spaces was good. One of 3 elevators was out of service. Updating of rooms on floors 2-4 is ongoing. I’d stay here again. "

"AMAZING view from our room. It would have been nice to have a note telling us there was coffee available in the office area and where the ice is. It would also have been nice to know that there was a laundry room available as well. Although when I asked for the closest laundry mat, I was told it was broken(during bike week) not smart. "

"This is a timeshare resort. I was bothered from the time I checked in , until the day I was leaving by a sales person. I explained several times that I’m here to ride my motorcycle and relax. They kept asking why my wife wasn’t with me. Not every adult male happens to vacation with their spouse, especially at bike week. "

"Very dirty hallway carpets, minimal items for continental breakfast, employees did not interact with guests, no signage on building, musty smelling rooms."
