"The building is needing so updating. The front end staff do not know much about Prince Rupert The only person who was helpful was London No pamphlets on tourism. Not everyone does apps very well Breakfast was good. Friendly staff in kitchen Beds are wonderful and comfortable Good location"

"Our recent stay was beyond peaceful! All the staff were super kind and helpful and had many wonderful local recommendations they were happy to share! We were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful ocean view in our room and there is a shared lounge that has a beautiful deck and tables and couches where were able to watch a couple beautiful prince rupert sunsets on the water! We will definitely be back! (This was already our second stay at this hotel and it was every bit as pleasant as the first!)"

"Enjoyed sharing a kitchen area with our 2 travel partners. Nice and clean, comfy bed, great shower, they needed some batteries in the remote control for the TV, and some light bulbs in lamps. Really didn't like that they asked us to empty the garbage out back of the building into the...bin? We left at 5am for the ferry, so were unable to do that. A surprising request, as we paid the same rate as a hotel; never been asked to empty the garbage before. Otherwise a pretty good spot. Travis at the desk was very pleasant."
