"The hotel locks its doors due to the area, you have to knock to get in, but there were many times we were left waiting for 5 minutes to get in. The staff are then rude about it. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay.
