"My stay at Cocoplum Beach Hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and attentive, always making us feel welcome and well cared for. The hotel offers excellent facilities, delicious food, and outstanding standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San Andrés. I would happily stay here again!"

"First of all.. ALL the staff was wonderful... and the views from the rooms were amazing. NED TO IMPROVE SECTION: from the outside the hotel looks great, but the rooms are poorly maintained. once again, nothing related to the staff, but to management not investing into the structure and let it rundown to the the stream. As an example: every time we washed our hands, in our BR, our feet got wet. It rained few times and every time the water came into the room throughout the bottom of the door...

"Best place to be, amazing staff and specially the bartender Lupita she was so great and lovely."

"Ocean view"

"I’ve been coming to San Luis Beach Hotel in San Andrés for years. It was never a perfect property, but what always made it special was the peaceful beachfront atmosphere and direct access to one of the best stretches of beach on the island. Unfortunately, that peace is now gone. The hotel is now offering day passes, allowing outside guests to come in, drink, party, and overcrowd the beach area with wristbands. What used to feel relaxing and exclusive now feels busy and chaotic. Instead of...

"Tourist trap to be avoided at all costs. One of the most expensive places to stay on San Andres and not worth a fraction of the price. Food/Dining area filthy. The food mediocre at best, Grounds in disrepair. The pool extremely overcrowded, very noisy and essentially useless. Place not convenient to ANYTHING. Not walkable. No public transportation. You are stuck here except for $30USD cab rides. NO WIFI On property except IN THE LOBBY … where everyone is trying to use one weak signal. Would...

"The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony. The room is tiny and there is no hot...

"If the purpose of your trip is to relax and looking for calmness THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!!!.. GREAT breakfast options & cocktails (BartenderGabriel was the best)! Place is spotless, staff is super friendly… coming from NYC this place was heaven. Wish there were more option for meals. Just 2 things don’t take taxi from hotel they overcharge just for being Zafi; same as the mulita better go off the property. Other than that was a awesome stayed, central to everything & walking distance …...

"Gostei do hotel, limpo e bem localizado."
