"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "

"They claim this is a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed at nicer budget chain motels. They provided communal cheap soaps, no other toiletries. The drains are horrible and the putrid smell of poop is eye watering in the bathrooms. Keeping the bathroom door shut tight and your windows open is the only way you cam keep the room fresh enough to sleep. The breakfast is fairly ok, if you get there right as it opened. "The breakfast with a view from the balcony area was great! The location is perfect, not close to the chaos but walkable along the coast with a great view. 10-15 min walk to the busy area. From the time we arrived until we left the staff was absolutely amazing. Giga was there to take carry our luggage, bring us breakfast, and make us drinks at the pool bar.
