"The staff here were amazing. Everyone was so friendly really making sure they we had everything we need, from the restaurant crew to the front desk team to the drivers. 5 star service. Only downside was there are so many stairs to get up and down. If you are not in great shape or have someone older this should be a factor as it did have a negative impact. "

"The breakfast with a view from the balcony area was great! The location is perfect, not close to the chaos but walkable along the coast with a great view. 10-15 min walk to the busy area. The staff is very friendly from check in crew to the breakfast and bar crew. I would go back if I was in santorini again."

From the time we arrived until we left the staff was absolutely amazing. Giga was there to take carry our luggage, bring us breakfast, and make us drinks at the pool bar. "The apartment on the top floor was amazing. The view was incredible, the bed was comfortable, and the stairs to the place got us in shape :) it was centrally located and easy to get to Fira in about 15 minutes as well as Oia walking in 3 hours. It was far enough away from the busy and fun town of Fira for shopping and bus transfers to Kamari beach and Akrotiri site but close enough to get there either along the waters edge (20-25 mins due to photos and tourists, 15minutes along main road)....

"An incredible stay at Aeolos. The staff, I can only remember Alex and Kosta's names, but everyone was great. The whole team made the experience very memorable. I highly recommend figuring out your transportation to the hotel from the port or airport before you arrive, because it is quite far from these entry points. However, Thira itself is far from these points, so that's not anything to hold against the hotel. If you need help getting to and from, the hotel staff even arranged my transportation for me!"
