"The front desk staff was very nice and accommodated all of our needs. The kitchen staff attended to all customers very well. Just be mindful of the bus tours that do come through During the summer months. I’d say the only downfall was there is no Jacuzzi And the dryer times out after 30 minutes. But I would stay here again because the house staff were extremely polite and attentive. "

"A gem of a hotel and with an incredible history, as well! The staff was second to none. Tim at the front desk was our first impression. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He personally came to collect us as we waited for our room to be ready (we were early). He told us a brief history and where we could find historical displays and eatery recommendations. The staff at the house restaurant, Spruce Farm & Fish was equally impressive - as was the food. Breakfast was outstanding! The Boulder scramble with a lavender mimosa was the best start to the day. Outstanding staff included Keith, Ashley, Kelly & Canyon. "
