"The whole place smells like 30 years of smoke. The carpet was disgusting. I slept with socks on. The bathroom walls had stuff on them that was not scrubbed off. The bathtub looked dirty and moldy. A group had rented a banquet hall which meant there were not any parking spaces for the people staying there. We woke up at 6 am and left as quickly as possible. Stay somewhere else!"

"When we arrived, the front entry stunk of smoke. We had an issue with double booking thru Expedia. The clerk was good about helping to get that fixed. However, his attire was very unbecoming. There was no need to wear a hood covering half his face inside the office. Older people would have probably been afraid of him. The room was dirty. The bedspread had a huge stain and was the first thing you saw when you entered the room. The bathroom needed a lot of attention. Breakfast was adequate. When we started loading our vehicle, there was an employee outside the back door sitting in a lawn chair smoking. He had been pulling thistles and had thrown them onto the sidewalk. Anyone wanting to enter or leave had to walk thru and around this mess and thru the smoke. That was unacceptable! We have been staying at this hotel for over 20 years. We have watched it slowly go downhill each stay. There were several abandoned cars on the back parking lot. The price is good and the location is good for us, but at what point do we go elsewhere? The only reason we have continued to stay there is the fabulous restaurant, Rodeside Grill, which is located next door. Come on guys! Let's bring this place back to what it used to be!"
