"The reviews about the friendly staff were correct with one exception. There was no info sheet in the room with such things as pool hours, breakfast buffet hours, TV channel list etc as I am used to. No pen, no nothing! The evening desk clerk told me that he told me upon check-in what the breakfast hours were. I held my temper and asked what time breakfast was. I said no Information sheet in the rooms? He said not anymore. Not anymore????"

"Everyone was very friendly. The hotel and room was very clean. My only complaint was that the bed was as hard as a rock. "
