"this was a below expectation stay. No complimentary coffee in lobby. No hot water in shower. Bed was comfortable though."

"The hotel did not honor my reservation as booked because I booked through "third party Expedia " instead of direct with hotel. They were busy and gave the King ADA room to someone else. We had to wait for staff to find another room. We finally got a room with two Queens, and a low toilet, and tub/ shower. We made it work but not happy. Parking was not good for capacity of quests. One good note they have good breakfast and hotel is quiet."

"While the room was clean, it was obvious there was a mold problem on the ceiling above the shower that had been painted over at least once. The building is very dated and showing it's age. The elevator we honestly thought was going to break down every time we got in it, with the noises it made. For a one night stay it was fine, but paying the higher memorial weekend price made it not worth the cost."

"The hotel was in a convenient location for our needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with nice beds however it had not been cleaned properly as their were 'clothing stickers' hanging from a piece of artwork on the walls and the area around the bathroom sink wasn't as clean as it could have been. The breakfast was very good with a wide array of options. Unfortunately Fox news was on the TV monitor in the breakfast room throughout the duration of the breakfast hours. Beverages, including a refreshing cucumber water were always available and much appreciated. A few more chairs around the pool area would be beneficial. There were six to eight of us in the pool and parents nearby watching their children. Definitely not enough chairs to hold belongings."

"It is with great pleasure to give my thoughts on the experience and staff of Springhill Marriot Carle Place ! Alexa Bolling Operations manager sets the bar for leadership and setting an example. I am in the hospitality industry and was in working for Sheraton Waikiki while they went through rebranding. I can only imagine this is challenging from POS systems to corporate culture and delineation of their new product keeping the aspects of human empathy at the forefront. I am able to glean this insight from the clients in property and the relationship with front desk staff. Allan is amazing, Vincent is vivacious, Jeanine’s jolly, Durrell Maddox is a darling haha Alliteration aside, altruistic admiration all around for the staff at Springhill Marriot Carle place Attention corporate at Marriot you have a great crew ! Shout out to the housekeeping staff as they keep the heads in bed. Anna at the breakfast buffet needs a raise at her nest review or immediately She is amazing"
