"This hotel is very friendly and the staff is incredible. I dont speak Italian but half of them knew English and were a big help. I will stay here again for sure. Usually I travel with Marriott, but this was the closest I could find in the area and was quote happy "

"Camera Fatiscente, doccia inesistente ovvero senza piatto doccia con tendina che se chiusa rende lo spazio per lavarsi claustrofobico. TV posizionata a 3 metri d’altezza per uno schermo di 20/25 pollici, quindi impossibile da vedere in maniera comoda. Signora delle pulizia che alle 8:30 puntuale tutte le mattine senza sincerarsi se gli ospiti stessero dormendo apriva la porta d’iniziativa senza garantire la pur minima privacy. "It was surprising that there was no parking at the hotel. There is a shuttle that drives through the city and picks the guests from different hotels so it takes a while up to 45 min to get to the parking.The location and helpful staff are big pluses. There is no swimming pool at the hotel. There was no TV in the room. We were given later something that looked like a computer monitor without a remote control. Pillow cases were stuffed with something that made them very uncomfortable...Breakfast...

"We stayed for one night after visiting Urbino and found Ca' Virginia to be perfect for our needs. We were looking for a restful countryside place with in house dining. The food was great and everything about the hotel was finely designed and managed."

"Abbastanza pulito, in bagno nessun tipo di shampoo per corpo o per capelli. Piscina bella ma non tenuta bene, pieno di insetti e capelli.sul balcone della nostra camera gocciolava acqua del condizionatore dal piano di sopra, avevamo il balcone allagato. In reception quando abbiamo detto ci hanno risposto e' il condizionatore che perde nn possiamo fare niente.parchegio bisogno cercare. "

"Tutto perfetto, pulizia ottima delle camere moderne e spaziose, personale gentilissimo e presente a qualsiasi ora, posizione ottima anche per il parcheggio (a pagamento) proprio lì accanto. Molto gradito l'omaggio "dolce risveglio" che comprende brioche e caffè o cappuccino...Consigliatissimo!"

"Great place. Was excited about the spa treatments and they were able to fit us in on short notice. Spa front desk person was very rude, on the phone and at the spa. I’m glad we got our treatment anyway as the massage person was great. "

"Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff made our stay at The Hotel Savoy a very pleasant experience. Breakfast provided everything imaginable and was extremely cheap. The hotel is a one minute walk from the beach and just five minutes from the very quaint town centre. We will quite happily return to The Savoy, hopefully for a longer stay."

"The hotel is dated and it could benefit from various updates. The carpets on the staircase are very dirty and the hotel does not have a hoover (I asked for one). The staff is nice but when you ask them for help they do not go above and beyond (on the day of the check out I asked for help ordering a taxi to which I was told it was a GP that day and it will be very difficult to get one [despite mentioning it to the hotel staff the day before] and the staff member phoned the taxi company after which I was told he was 7th in line and put the phone down and told me to phone them myself (panic attack at this point as I need to get to the airport in time for check in which I luckily have). This is a cheap hotel for a cheap stay in Rimini - dont expect any luxuries. "
