"Das erhaltene Zimmer entsprach nicht der gebuchten Kategorie. Gebucht wurde ein Zimmer mit großem Wasserbett, zugeteilt wurde ein kleineres Zimmer mit 2 normalen Einzelbetten. Ich hatte nicht das GefĂŒhl, dass meine EinwĂ€nde jemanden sonderlich interessiert hĂ€tten. Das einzige ZugestĂ€ndnis bestand darin, dass mir die Betten zusammengeschoben wurden. Der Preisunterschied wurde mir natĂŒrlich nicht erstattet. Die Möbel sind schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, eine TĂŒr hatte in der Duschkabine...
