"The hotel and staff were great however when we stayed it was exstremly warm 31 deg C. The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C. As it was cooler on the night we left the window open but we got a lot of noise from the train station. All in all yes we would stay there again as the staff were great and hotel spotless."

Restaurant at the hotel nice with very good food, room just like all other big chain hotels so for the price of 200 plus CHF without breakfast a little overpriced. "

"Our experience with booking was great. Upon arriving in resort, we were nervous to find out that there was no snow at ground level, and that the closest lift at Vallorcine was closed due to this. We were directed to Le Tour, using the train and bus, which were free with the tourist passes provided, and were accessible and regular. Once we’d ascended the gondola at Le Tour, snow was plentiful and we had a great time skiing on the runs out of Le Tour and Chamonix. The chalet itself is very well...

"Alastair, the owner, has put a lot of thought into this lovely and well equipped apartment. the single bedroom has a very comfortable double bed and there are plenty of additional bed spaces with pull out bed and bed settee in the living room for a family happy to share the open space. The bathroom is lovely and a lot of thought has gone into the unusually (for this size apartment in the Alps) well laid out kitchen area.
