"Renovations underway but no impact for my stay. Bar and free live music was good. Breakfast was good - cooked to order. Reception staff, all very polite, had to reverse unusual charge to my credit card. Waiting for it to hit my account."

"Rooms need updating and there is only 1 place that kids can eat. They have other restaurants in the hotel but you have to go through the casino which kids aren’t allowed to. Not a family friendly place . We stayed there as we were going to the New York State fair as it’s reasonable and 35 minutes away."

"The location at the North End of the Lake couldn't be better. The room was large and the bathroom was spa like. The food was great, we ate 4 of our 6 meals on site."

"Staff was great, restaurant was great (at the one end of hotel but you can get there through the inside). Nice bar across from restaurant, prices were fair based on NY Finger Lakes Region. Plenty of on-site parking close by. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Exterior grounds were a little messy based on the seagulls (feathers and doodoo). Nice outdoor patio and seating by restaurant. Easy access to the main road and close by restaurants. Would definitely go back."

"Nice place to stay. Pickle courts are layed out strange but playable. The restaurant was great one night and average the second night. Great young staff. Also, no hooks anywhere in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes… very strange."
